Vegetable Lasagna by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Boiled lasagna sheet 1 packet
- Carrots 1 cup
- Capsicums 1 cup
- Sweet corns 1 cup
- Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Garlic chopped 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Basil leaves 6
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Red chilies crushed 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Butter 50 gm
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- Tomato ketchup
Method:
- Put oil in pot and fry garlic.
- Now put carrot, capsicum, sweet corn, tomatoes, salt, black pepper, oregano and red chilies.
- Also add 1 cup water and cover it.
- When vegetables tender and water dries, close stove and put tomato ketchup.
- Then grease tray and keep lasagna sheets.
- Now put vegetables and put cream.
- Also put some cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- Make second layer like this.
- Then spread remaining vegetables, put cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese, bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes, take it out, put basil leaves and serve.
