Ingredients:

  • Boiled lasagna sheet 1 packet
  • Carrots 1 cup
  • Capsicums 1 cup
  • Sweet corns 1 cup
  • Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Garlic chopped 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Basil leaves 6
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Red chilies crushed 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup

Method:

  1. Put oil in pot and fry garlic.
  2. Now put carrot, capsicum, sweet corn, tomatoes, salt, black pepper, oregano and red chilies.
  3. Also add 1 cup water and cover it.
  4. When vegetables tender and water dries, close stove and put tomato ketchup.
  5. Then grease tray and keep lasagna sheets.
  6. Now put vegetables and put cream.
  7. Also put some cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Make second layer like this.
  9. Then spread remaining vegetables, put cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese, bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes, take it out, put basil leaves and serve.
