Mirch Gosht by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Beef boti 1 kg
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Yogurt 1 cup
For Making Masala:
- Green chilies 10
- Tomatoes 6
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Butter 100 gm
- Spring onions 250 gm
Method:
- Marinate beef with black pepper, salt and papaya paste for 30 minutes.
- Then heat oil, put meat and cover it.
- When meat tender, close stove.
- Now heat butter and fry green chilies.
- Then put tomatoes, ginger garlic and salt.
- Then put meat.
- Then add coriander leaves and spring onions and simmer it for 20 minutes.
