Ingredients:

  • Beef boti 1 kg
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Yogurt 1 cup

For Making Masala:

  • Green chilies 10
  • Tomatoes 6
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Spring onions 250 gm

Method:

  1. Marinate beef with black pepper, salt and papaya paste for 30 minutes.
  2. Then heat oil, put meat and cover it.
  3. When meat tender, close stove.
  4. Now heat butter and fry green chilies.
  5. Then put tomatoes, ginger garlic and salt.
  6. Then put meat.
  7. Then add coriander leaves and spring onions and simmer it for 20 minutes.
