Ingredients:

  • Bread slice 1
  • Cream style sweet corn 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion leaves 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 4
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Egg whites 2
  • Flour 1tbsp
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Put cream style sweet corn in frying pan, cook it slightly and dry it.
  2. Now cut 4 sides of bread slice, crush it finely, put in bowl, mix corn flour, soya sauce, green chilies, black pepper, salt and spring onion leaves and knead it nicely.
  3. Then put some oil in hand, take some bread slice mixture, make roll and dip in egg whites.
  4. Then deep fry rolls in hot oil in wok until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot rolls with chili sauce.
