Ingredients:
- Bread slice 1
- Cream style sweet corn 1/2 cup
- Spring onion leaves 1/2 cup
- Green chilies 4
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Egg whites 2
- Flour 1tbsp
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
Method:
- Put cream style sweet corn in frying pan, cook it slightly and dry it.
- Now cut 4 sides of bread slice, crush it finely, put in bowl, mix corn flour, soya sauce, green chilies, black pepper, salt and spring onion leaves and knead it nicely.
- Then put some oil in hand, take some bread slice mixture, make roll and dip in egg whites.
- Then deep fry rolls in hot oil in wok until golden brown.
- Serve hot rolls with chili sauce.
