Egg Jalfrezi by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Boiled eggs 4
- Capsicum cubes 2
- Onion 2
- Cloves 2
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Roasted & ground cumin 1 tsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in wok and roast ginger garlic paste slightly.
- Now add tomato ketchup, chili sauce, salt, cumin and red chili and roast it little.
- Then stir fry capsicum and onion separately in little oil and put in masalay.
- Now peel boiled eggs, put clove on both sides, put oil in frying pan and fry it.
- Then heat jalfrezi and take out in dish.
- Then cut fried eggs into 2 pieces, spread on dish and put some chili sauce on top.
- Serve hot egg jalfrezi with plain rice.
