Egg Jalfrezi by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Capsicum cubes 2
  • Onion 2
  • Cloves 2
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Roasted & ground cumin 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok and roast ginger garlic paste slightly.
  2. Now add tomato ketchup, chili sauce, salt, cumin and red chili and roast it little.
  3. Then stir fry capsicum and onion separately in little oil and put in masalay.
  4. Now peel boiled eggs, put clove on both sides, put oil in frying pan and fry it.
  5. Then heat jalfrezi and take out in dish.
  6. Then cut fried eggs into 2 pieces, spread on dish and put some chili sauce on top.
  7. Serve hot egg jalfrezi with plain rice.
