Ingredients:

  • Undercut steak 8 oz
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Maida 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Bun as required
  • Butter as required
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • Salad leaf as required
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate undercut with salt, black pepper, mustard, worcestershire sauce, oil and ginger garlic paste for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil, put onion, fry until light golden, put in marinated steak and fry it nicely on both sides.
  3. Now put worcestershire sauce.
  4. When meat is ready, put maida with fresh cream, mix it and cook more for 3-4 minutes.
  5. When sauce it thick, take it out.
  6. Now cut buns, heat it and spread butter.
  7. Then keep salad leaf, put steak, spread sauce and cover with second part of bun and serve with fries.
