Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast fillet 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Flour (to coat) 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Parsley finely chopped 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • White vinegar 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 oz

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, mustard paste, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
  2. Then fold fillet in dry flour and grill in oil or butter on both sides for 7-8 minutes.
  3. Now take out in platter.
  4. Then heat extra butter, put ginger garlic paste, white pepper and parsley, stir it, take it out and put in fillet immediately.
  5. In end, serve with fried or baked potatoes.
