Lemon Garlic Fish by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Boneless fish 300 gm
- Maida 1/2 cup
- Egg whites 2
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
For Lemon Sauce:
- Chicken cube 2
- Lemon zest 1
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Ginger 1 inch
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 5-6
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Ginger slices 1 inch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put salt on fish.
- Beat egg whites in mixing bowl.
- Now dip fish in eggs and coat with maida.
- Heat oil in pan, fry fish and keep it aside.
- Now heat oil and fry garlic.
- Now add brown sugar, black pepper, lemon juice and salt and mix it.
- Then add chicken cube and water as required and cook it.
- When it boils, dissolve corn flour in water and mix it.
- Now put fish cubes and mix it.
- When sauce is thick, remove it.
- Then keep on serving platter.
- Then garnish with lemon zest and ginger slices and serve.
