Coffee Jelly by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Gelatin 1 tbsp
- Hot water 2 tbsp
- Caster sugar 3 tbsp
- Coffee 2 cups
Method:
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water in small bowl.
- Pour gelatin mixture, coffee and sugar in saucepan and heat.
- Pour coffee mixture into glasses for individual serve or large pan for cubing,
- Chill in refrigerator until set, 6 to 7 hours.
