Ingredients:

  •  Gelatin 1 tbsp
  • Hot water 2 tbsp
  • Caster sugar 3 tbsp
  • Coffee 2 cups

Method:

  1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water in small bowl.
  2. Pour gelatin mixture, coffee and sugar in saucepan and heat.
  3. Pour coffee mixture into glasses for individual serve or large pan for cubing,
  4. Chill in refrigerator until set, 6 to 7 hours.
