Ingredients:
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper crushed 2 tbsp
- Chicken breast boneless 2
- Oil 1 tsp
- Oil for deep frying
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Egg beaten 1
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Spring onions chopped 2
- Garlic finely chopped 4-5 cloves
- Chicken stock 1/2 cup
- Spring onion 2 stalks
- Capsicum strips 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan.
- Now put corn flour, flour, black pepper and egg and mix it.
- Now put chicken pieces and soya sauce and marinate for few minutes.
- Then heat 1 tsp oil in pan, put chopped spring onions and saute it for a while.
- Now add garlic and fry until golden.
- Then deep fry chicken in hot oil until chicken is ready and put in mixture.
- Also add salt and black pepper and mix it.
- Now put corn flour in chicken stock, dissolve it, put gradually gradually in chicken mixture and thick it.
- Then put capsicum strips and serve hot.
