Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken cubes 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 4 tbsp
- Papaya raw paste 2 tbsp
- Tikka masala 1/2 packet
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Oil 3 tbsp
For Filling Sauce:
- Cream cheese 6 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 6 tbsp
- Cream 1 packet
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Black pepper 1 pinch
- Green chilies chopped 2
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
For Topping:
- Frozen parathay 8
- Cheddar cheese 1/2-3/4 cup
- Onion rings as required
- Chaat masala as required
- Chili garlic sauce as required
Method:
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic, papaya, tikka masala, yogurt and oil.
- Now cook for 15-20 minutes, take it out, cool it and cut into pieces.
- For sauce: Mix all ingredients, blend it and keep it aside.
- Now fry parathay, keep chicken tikka and spread sauce.
- Now keep chicken tikka pieces in center and roll it.
- Then set casserole dish.
- Drizzle remaining sauce with 6 tbsp mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce.
- Now spread cheddar cheese on top, keep onion rings and sprinkle chaat masala.
- Then bake for 15 minutes and serve hot.
