Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken cubes 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 4 tbsp
  • Papaya raw paste 2 tbsp
  • Tikka masala 1/2 packet
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Oil 3 tbsp

For Filling Sauce:

  • Cream cheese 6 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 6 tbsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Black pepper 1 pinch
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp

For Topping:

  • Frozen parathay 8
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2-3/4 cup
  • Onion rings as required
  • Chaat masala as required
  • Chili garlic sauce as required

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic, papaya, tikka masala, yogurt and oil.
  2. Now cook for 15-20 minutes, take it out, cool it and cut into pieces.
  3. For sauce: Mix all ingredients, blend it and keep it aside.
  4. Now fry parathay, keep chicken tikka and spread sauce.
  5. Now keep chicken tikka pieces in center and roll it.
  6. Then set casserole dish.
  7. Drizzle remaining sauce with 6 tbsp mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce.
  8. Now spread cheddar cheese on top, keep onion rings and sprinkle chaat masala.
  9. Then bake for 15 minutes and serve hot.
