Ingredients:
- Green gram split 1/2 kg
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 4
- Salt 1 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 4 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
- Red chilies 2 tsp
- Soga beans boiled 6
- Rice boiled for serve
For Tempering:
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 6
- Finely chopped garlic 1 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Oil or Ghee 1/2 cup
Method:
- Wash green gram and cook with 2 glass water, turmeric and salt on low flame.
- Now put coconut, onion, cumin, garlic, red chilies and water in blender and blend it.
- Then put grinded masala and tomatoes in green gram and cook it nicely.
- Now put water as required and thin green gram.
- Then put beans, green chilies and coriander leaves and close stove.
- For tempering: Heat oil, put mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and garlic.
- When aroma comes, giver tarka to green gram and serve with boiled rice.
