Fried Dhaga Kabab by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Fried onion 1
- Egg 1
- Cloves 2
- Lemons 2
- Bread slices 2
- Green chilies 4
- Green cardamom 4
- Black pepper 4
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Roasted chickpeas 2 tbsp
- Raw papaya 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix chickpeas, poppy seeds, cumin seeds, green cardamom, black pepper and cloves and grind finely.
- Now add this masala in mince with bread slices and grind in chopper.
- Then mix onion and green chilies.
- Then add papaya, knead it nicely and keep for 10 minutes.
- Now make small round kabab and shallow fry in frying pan.
- When all kababs are fried and spread fried kabab on big tawa or frying pan.
- Put lemon juice, all spice powder and coriander leaves and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Fried dhaga kabab is ready.
