Tuna Fish Cutlet by Ayesha Wajid

Ingredients:
- Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 2-3
- Tuna fish 1 can
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 2-3
- Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs 2 cups
- Flour as required
Method:
- Mashed boiled potatoes, mix with tuna fish, salt, black pepper, cumin, lemon juice, green chilies and coriander leaves nicely and make small small kabab.
- Then dip in flour and eggs, coat with bread crumbs and keep in fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Then heat oil in pan and fry until golden and crispy.
