Tuna Fish Cutlet by Ayesha Wajid

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 2-3
  • Tuna fish 1 can
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2-3
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs 2 cups
  • Flour as required

Method:

  1. Mashed boiled potatoes, mix with tuna fish, salt, black pepper, cumin, lemon juice, green chilies and coriander leaves nicely and make small small kabab.
  2. Then dip in flour and eggs, coat with bread crumbs and keep in fridge for 1-2 hours.
  3. Then heat oil in pan and fry until golden and crispy.
