Ingredients:

  • Tara garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Mince spring onions 3/4 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper ground 1/3 cup
  • Salt 1/4 cup
  • Fresh lime juice 1/4 cup
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 2
  • Red fry chilies paste 8
  • Chicken pieces 8

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken nicely and make good paste.
  2. Then marinate chicken with this paste.
  3. Then cover with plastic and cool it for 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Now heat coal or gas grill on low flame, put chicken and grill until marinate becomes crust for approx 8 minutes on one side.
  5. Then cover grill and cook chicken for 40 minutes.
