Ingredients:
- Tara garam masala 1 tbsp
- Mince spring onions 3/4 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Black pepper ground 1/3 cup
- Salt 1/4 cup
- Fresh lime juice 1/4 cup
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Garlic cloves 2
- Red fry chilies paste 8
- Chicken pieces 8
Method:
- Mix all ingredients except chicken nicely and make good paste.
- Then marinate chicken with this paste.
- Then cover with plastic and cool it for 6 hours or overnight.
- Now heat coal or gas grill on low flame, put chicken and grill until marinate becomes crust for approx 8 minutes on one side.
- Then cover grill and cook chicken for 40 minutes.
