Ingredients:
- Maida 1 cups
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Buttermilk 1 cup
Method:
- Preheat oven on 180 degrees C and keep on center rack.
- Now mix maida, baking powder, salt, baking soda, oil and buttermilk in big bowl and whisk it.
- Then cut biscuits as many as it comes on baking sheet and keep at distance of 1 inch.
- Bake biscuits for 15-16 minutes until it rises and golden brown on top.
- The cool on wire rack before serving.
