Ingredients:

  • Maida 1 cups
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Buttermilk 1 cup

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 180 degrees C and keep on center rack.
  2. Now mix maida, baking powder, salt, baking soda, oil and buttermilk in big bowl and whisk it.
  3. Then cut biscuits as many as it comes on baking sheet and keep at distance of 1 inch.
  4. Bake biscuits for 15-16 minutes until it rises and golden brown on top.
  5. The cool on wire rack before serving.
