Ingredients:
- Coriander leaves 1 cup
- Mint leaves 1/4 cup
- Garlic chopped 1
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Pasta boiled 2 cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Mayo 1 cup
- Tomato and cheese for garnish
Method:
- Put coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, lemon juice, salt, green cheese, olive oil, sugar and mayo in food processor and make puree till smooth.
- Now cook pasta as given instruction until it is ready.
- Then take our pasta water and put in cold water.
- Then mix cold pasta with dressing and garnish with tomato.
- Then cool salad at room temperature or fridge, put cheese and serve.
