Ingredients:

  • Coriander leaves 1 cup
  • Mint leaves 1/4 cup
  • Garlic chopped 1
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Pasta boiled 2 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Mayo 1 cup
  • Tomato and cheese for garnish

Method:

  1. Put coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, lemon juice, salt, green cheese, olive oil, sugar and mayo in food processor and make puree till smooth.
  2. Now cook pasta as given instruction until it is ready.
  3. Then take our pasta water and put in cold water.
  4. Then mix cold pasta with dressing and garnish with tomato.
  5. Then cool salad at room temperature or fridge, put cheese and serve.
