Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Papaya 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Roasted sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • All spices 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Onions 250 gm
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Coal 1

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, papaya, cumin, red chilies, salt, gram flour, sesame seeds, all spices, nutmeg, cardamom and lemon juice for 2 hours.
  2. Now heat oil, put chicken and cover for 20 minutes.
  3. When water dries, roast it.
  4. Then give smoke of coal.
