Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Lady fingers 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 12
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  • Roasted cumin 2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Coal 1

Method:

  1. Cut lady fingers from both edges and mark cut from center.
  2. Then heat oil, fry lady fingers and green chilies and take it out.
  3. Fry onion in remaining oil.
  4. Now put ginger garlic, chicken, red chilies, salt, turmeric, cumin and tomatoes, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. When chicken tender, put lady fingers, green chilies and tamarind pulp.
  6. Then give smoke of coal.
  7. Dhuwandaar bhindi is ready.
