Pan Fry Fish & Chilli by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Fish 1 kg
- Chopped garlic 10-15
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Green chilies sliced 8-10
- Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
- Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Chinese salt as required
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry garlic.
- Now add fish and stir fry it.
- When color of fish changes, add black pepper, chili garlic sauce, soya sauce, salt and Chinese salt and fry it.
- Now add lemon juice and green chilies sliced and mix it.
- Dish out it and serve.
