Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1/4 cup
- Oil 3/4 cup
- Tomatoes chopped 1/2 kg
- Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 6-8
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- All spice ground 1 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
- Coriander 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Naan for serving
- Salad for serving
- Raita for serving
Method:
- Heat oil on tawa and put chicken mince.
- Also put onion and ginger garlic paste and roast on low flame until water dries.
- Now add tomatoes and yogurt.
- Also put salt and red chili powder, cover it and cook on low flame.
- Then add all spice, coriander, black pepper and green chilies.
- Also put coriander leaves.
- Then put ginger and lemon wedges and serve with naan, salad and raita.
