Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/4 cup
  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Tomatoes chopped 1/2 kg
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 6-8
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice ground 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Naan for serving
  • Salad for serving
  • Raita for serving

Method:

  1. Heat oil on tawa and put chicken mince.
  2. Also put onion and ginger garlic paste and roast on low flame until water dries.
  3. Now add tomatoes and yogurt.
  4. Also put salt and red chili powder, cover it and cook on low flame.
  5. Then add all spice, coriander, black pepper and green chilies.
  6. Also put coriander leaves.
  7. Then put ginger and lemon wedges and serve with naan, salad and raita.
