Palak Raita by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Yogurt whipped 2 cups
- Spinach chopped 250 gm
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Cumin roasted 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
- All spice 1/4 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Boil spinach for 15 minutes, take out water and wring it.
- Now heat oil in frying pan, put mustard seeds, spinach, salt, cumin and red chili powder and stir it nicely.
- Then remove from stove and keep it aside for set so that it cools completely.
- Now mix yogurt and lemon juice nicely in bowl and mix in fried spinach with fork.
- Sprinkle all spice before serving.
