Ingredients:

  • Spiral pasta 1 packet
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Onions 2
  • Lemons 3
  • Finely chopped tomatoes 3
  • Finely chopped green chilies 6
  • Button red chilies 8
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix coriander and cumin seeds and grind it.
  2. Now heat water in pot and put spiral pasta and 2 tbsp oil.
  3. When spiral pasta tender, drain water, wash with cold water and put some oil again.
  4. Then heat 1/2 cup oil in wok, roast ginger garlic paste slightly and add tomatoes.
  5. When water of tomatoes dries, put mince, turmeric and slat.
  6. When water of mince dries, put button red chilies, onion seeds and green chilies.
  7. Now add grinded masala.
  8. Then put lemon juice and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  9. Then mix spiral and serve hot.
