Ingredients:
- Spiral pasta 1 packet
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Onions 2
- Lemons 3
- Finely chopped tomatoes 3
- Finely chopped green chilies 6
- Button red chilies 8
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- White cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix coriander and cumin seeds and grind it.
- Now heat water in pot and put spiral pasta and 2 tbsp oil.
- When spiral pasta tender, drain water, wash with cold water and put some oil again.
- Then heat 1/2 cup oil in wok, roast ginger garlic paste slightly and add tomatoes.
- When water of tomatoes dries, put mince, turmeric and slat.
- When water of mince dries, put button red chilies, onion seeds and green chilies.
- Now add grinded masala.
- Then put lemon juice and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Then mix spiral and serve hot.
