Ingredients:

  • Maida 450 gm
  • Brown sugar 250 gm
  • Muraba 200 gm
  • Raisins 100 gm
  • Cashew nut 50 gm
  • Walnut 50 gm
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Masala:

  • Crushed cloves 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon sticks crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat some water in pan, add yeast, mix it nicely with spoon and leave it for 10-15 minutes so that yeast rises.
  2. Put maida, salt, brown sugar, muraba, raisins, cashew nut, walnut, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and coriander in mixing bowl and also add yeast.
  3. Now knead like flour, cover mixing bowl and leave in warm place for 2 hours.
  4. Then knead this mixture again, put in greased mold and keep in preheat oven for 15 minutes on 40 degrees C.
  5. Then bake for 18-20 minutes on 200 degrees C.
  6. Fruity bread is ready.
