Yogurt Steamed Chicken by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Whole chicken 1
- Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 1/2 cup
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 3
- Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Boiled potatoes as required
Method:
- Mark deep cut on whole chicken.
- Wash it nicely and marinate with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce and salt for 30 minutes.
- Then keep chicken in big pot, cover it and cook on low flame.
- When water of chicken dries, add oil, lemon juice and black pepper and simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Yogurt steamed chicken is ready.
- Serve with boiled & fried potatoes.
