Lauki Bahar by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Lauki (peeled & cubed) 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Onion chopped 2
- Tomatoes chopped 2 cups
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Green chilies chopped 2
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves handful
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Heat oil, put cumin, onion and green chilies until onion is light golden.
- Now add ginger garlic with tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder.
- Then put lauki and cook for 2 minutes.
- Then cover it and simmer it.
- Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
