Paneer Butter Masala by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Paneer (medium cubed) 200 gm
- Onions ground 2
- Tomatoes blended 3
- Green chilies slit 4
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Cashew nuts ground 10
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Butter 2 oz
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Coriander 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
- Salt 3/4 tsp
- Whole spice as required
- Sugar 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry whole spice with onion nicely.
- Now put butter, green chilies, salt and ginger garlic and fry it nicely.
- Then add cashew nuts and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now put tomatoes, red chili powder, all spice and coriander and cook until oil separates from curry.
- then put cream, paneer and coriander, cover it and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve with roti.
