Paneer Butter Masala by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Paneer (medium cubed) 200 gm
  • Onions ground 2
  • Tomatoes blended 3
  • Green chilies slit 4
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts ground 10
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Whole spice as required
  • Sugar 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry whole spice with onion nicely.
  2. Now put butter, green chilies, salt and ginger garlic and fry it nicely.
  3. Then add cashew nuts and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Now put tomatoes, red chili powder, all spice and coriander and cook until oil separates from curry.
  5. then put cream, paneer and coriander, cover it and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with roti.
