Ingredients:
- Spinach (steamed & pureed) 1 cup
- Whole wheat 1 cup
- Flour 3/4 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Water 2 tbsp
- Semolina 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Wash spinach and cut into finely.
- Now chop in grinder.
- Take semolina in bowl, put water, oil and salt and mix it nicely.
- Now add wheat, maida with spinach puree.
- Now mix all ingredients and make dough.
- Then divide dough in size of lemons and roll each in small puri.
- Then deep fry until fluffy.
