Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Green gram boiled 1 cup
- Red lentils boiled 1/2 cup
- Plum 200 gm
- Cumin seeds crushed 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chilies crushed 2 tsp
- Fried onion 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Water 2 cup
- Green chilies 4
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
For Tempering:
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Curry leaves 10
Method:
- Wash chicken, put plum, cumin seeds, ginger garlic, turmeric, red chilies, onion, salt and water and cook on low flame.
- When chicken tender, add green gram, red lentil and 1 cup water and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Now put green chilies and coriander leaves.
- Then heat oil, put ginger, cumin seeds and curry leaves, fry it and give tarka to chicken.
