Paneer Palak Gosht by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Beef 1 kg
- Boiled spinach 1 kg
- Cottage cheese 1 packet
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Whole red chilies 4-5
- Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Green chilies 4-5
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, saute spinach and cook until it is soft.
- Then grind it and make paste.
- Then heat oil in pan, add garlic paste and fry it.
- Then add beef, mix it and roast it.
- Now add water as required and tender beef.
- Then cut red chilies into 2 pieces and put it.
- Then put cumin seeds, mustard seeds and green chilies, roast it slightly, add some water and cook it.
- Now add spinach paste, lemon juice and salt and cook for 10 minutes.
- When salan is ready, take out in serving dish and cut cottage cheese into cubes.
- Then dry it slightly and put on salan.
- Then garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves and serve.
