Matar Pulao by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Boiled peas 1 cup
- Sela rice 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon sticks 1-2
- Cloves 2-3
- Onion 1
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chicken cube 2
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Green chilies 4-5
- Ghee 4-5 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean rice and soak for 2 hours.
- Now heat ghee in pan and crackle cinnamon and cloves.
- Then fry onion, add ginger garlic paste and roast it.
- Now add peas, black pepper and salt and mix it.
- Then add soaked rice, chicken cube and water as required and cook until rice is ready.
- Then simmer rice.
- When simmered, garnish with mint leaves and green chilies and serve.
