Sabzi Cutlets by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Grated cottage cheese 100 gm
  • Grated cabbage 100 gm
  • Boiled & mashed potatoes 2-3
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Finely chopped onion 2
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Gram flour 4 tbsp
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Lettuce leaves 2-3
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to to taste

Method:

  1. Add cottage cheese, cabbage, potatoes, green chilies, onion, gram flour, coriander leaves and salt in mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Now make cutlets of this mixture and keep it aside.
  3. Then put eggs in mixing bowl and beat it.
  4. Heat oil in pan, dip cutlets in eggs and fry in pan until golden.
  5. Now turn it, and take out in tissue paper so that oil absorbs.
  6. Then take out in serving platter, garnish with lettuce leaves and tomatoes and serve.
