Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 4
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Cabbage finely chopped 1/2 flower
- Carrot grated 1
- Capsicum finely chopped 2
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1/2 cup
For Serving:
- Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
- Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
- Boiled potatoes 2
Method:
- Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and fry it.
- Now hammer chicken fillet lightly and spread it.
- Then spread ginger paste, soya sauce, vinegar and salt, grease big frying pan and dry chicken water.
- Then heat oil in separate pan and stir fry cabbage, carrot and capsicum.
- Also put soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper, salt and sugar.
- Now cool vegetables, keep in one one chicken fillet and close like roll.
- Then put some oil in frying pan or griller and roast chicken fillet slightly.
- Stuffed chicken fillet is ready.
