Stuffed Chicken Fillet by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 4
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Cabbage finely chopped 1/2 flower
  • Carrot grated 1
  • Capsicum finely chopped 2
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 cup

For Serving:

  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Boiled potatoes 2

Method:

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and fry it.
  2. Now hammer chicken fillet lightly and spread it.
  3. Then spread ginger paste, soya sauce, vinegar and salt, grease big frying pan and dry chicken water.
  4. Then heat oil in separate pan and stir fry cabbage, carrot and capsicum.
  5. Also put soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper, salt and sugar.
  6. Now cool vegetables, keep in one one chicken fillet and close like roll.
  7. Then put some oil in frying pan or griller and roast chicken fillet slightly.
  8. Stuffed chicken fillet is ready.
