Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast julienne 1/2 kg
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Onion (round & chopped) 1 large
  • Red capsicum julienne 1
  • Green capsicum julienne 1
  • Yellow capsicum julienne 1
  • Tomato julienne 1
  • Mushroom sliced 4
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Sweet sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with red pepper, black pepper, salt, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, mustard and garlic.
  2. Now heat oil, put marinated chicken and pan fry it.
  3. Then add brown sugar with onion, oregano, sweet sauce, chili garlic sauce, lemon juice, coriander leaves, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, tomatoes and mushrooms and toast it nicely.
  4. Don't cook more.
  5. Serve with herb garlic rolls.
