Ingredients:
- Chicken breast julienne 1/2 kg
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Onion (round & chopped) 1 large
- Red capsicum julienne 1
- Green capsicum julienne 1
- Yellow capsicum julienne 1
- Tomato julienne 1
- Mushroom sliced 4
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Sweet sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
- Marinate chicken with red pepper, black pepper, salt, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, mustard and garlic.
- Now heat oil, put marinated chicken and pan fry it.
- Then add brown sugar with onion, oregano, sweet sauce, chili garlic sauce, lemon juice, coriander leaves, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, tomatoes and mushrooms and toast it nicely.
- Don't cook more.
- Serve with herb garlic rolls.
