Ingredients:
- Butter (room temperature) 4 oz
- Eggs (room temperature) 2
- Flour 3-1/2 oz
- Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Coffee 1 tbsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Vanilla 1 tsp
- Chocolate chopped 1/2 cup
- Rolled wafers for decoration
For Coffee Butter Cream:
- Butter softened 3 oz
- Coffee 1 tsp
- Hot water 2 tsp
- Vanilla 1/2 tsp
- Icing sugar 1-1/2 cups
Method:
- Strain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
- Grease line muffin cups.
- Now beat butter.
- Now add sugar gradually gradually and beat for 2 minutes.
- Then put eggs one by one and beat on low speed.
- Then add chocolate.
- Then fill 3/4 muffin cups with this batter with spoon and bake for 18 minutes.
- Then take out cupcakes on wire wrack, cool it and put icing with star nossle pipe.
- Then put wafers on each cupcakes and dust with cocoa powder.
