Cheesy Garlic & Herb Rolls by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
For Roll:
- Flour 3 cups
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Powder milk 2 tbsp
- Sesame seeds for topping
- Egg beaten 1
For Filling:
- Butter 2 oz
- Parmesan cheese 2-3 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Parsley 1 tbsp
- Mixed herbs 1 tbsp
Method:
- Put flour, yeast, salt, sugar, oil, egg and powder milk in big bowl and knead soft dough with lukewarm water.
- Now leave it for rise for 1 hour.
- For filling: Knead dough and roll lengthwise.
- Now spread filling and roll again like Swiss roll.
- Then cut into 1 inch slice.
- Now keep on greased round cake tin and leave it again for rise till dough is double.
- Then brush with beaten egg, sprinkle sesame seeds and bake on 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
