Chocolate Bar by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

For Filling:

  • Sugar 300 gm
  • Coconut grated 200 gm
  • Cream 125 gm
  • Butter 50 gm

For Covering:

  • Chocolate melted 500 gm

Method:

  1. Cook all ingredients for filling together while stirring it continuously for about 10 minutes on medium flame, till it thickens.
  2. Pour it on greased tray and spread it, let it cool.
  3. With knife, mark burs but don't separate them.
  4. Put in fridge overnight.
  5. Filling should be set now.
  6. Separate bars and keep aside.
  7. Melt chocolate on double boiler, once it is smooth, dip filling bard into it, allow to fry and set on tray lined grease proof paper.
  8. Refrigerate and enjoy.
