Ingredients:
For Filling:
- Sugar 300 gm
- Coconut grated 200 gm
- Cream 125 gm
- Butter 50 gm
For Covering:
Method:
- Cook all ingredients for filling together while stirring it continuously for about 10 minutes on medium flame, till it thickens.
- Pour it on greased tray and spread it, let it cool.
- With knife, mark burs but don't separate them.
- Put in fridge overnight.
- Filling should be set now.
- Separate bars and keep aside.
- Melt chocolate on double boiler, once it is smooth, dip filling bard into it, allow to fry and set on tray lined grease proof paper.
- Refrigerate and enjoy.
