Doughnut Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Large onion 2
  • Potatoes medium 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Gram lentil 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Mint leaves chopped 1/2 bunch
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 bunch
  • Red pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil beef mince with ginger garlic, salt, gram lentil, onion and potatoes with 2 cup water until water in completely dry.
  2. Then cool it, add green chilies and blend it nicely.
  3. Now put eggs, mint leaves, all spice, black pepper, coriander leaves and red pepper and mix it nicely.
  4. Now give meat round shape, cut with doughnut cutter and fry on high flame.
