Doughnut Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Large onion 2
- Potatoes medium 2
- Green chilies 6
- Gram lentil 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Mint leaves chopped 1/2 bunch
- All spice 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 bunch
- Red pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil beef mince with ginger garlic, salt, gram lentil, onion and potatoes with 2 cup water until water in completely dry.
- Then cool it, add green chilies and blend it nicely.
- Now put eggs, mint leaves, all spice, black pepper, coriander leaves and red pepper and mix it nicely.
- Now give meat round shape, cut with doughnut cutter and fry on high flame.
