Baked Chicken With Broast Sauce by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (8 pieces) 1/2 kg
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1-2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Red pepper crushed 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

For Broast Sauce:

  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Potato boiled 1
  • Green chilies chopped 1
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with garlic, salt, black pepper, vinegar, soya sauce, red pepper and oil for 30 minutes.
  2. Now cook in greased pan for 30 minutes.
  3. Then take out in serving platter and spread sauce.
  4. Then garnish with parsley and serve.
  5. For sauce: Mix all ingredients and blend it.
