Baked Chicken With Broast Sauce by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken (8 pieces) 1/2 kg
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Salt 3/4 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1-2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Red pepper crushed 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
For Broast Sauce:
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Potato boiled 1
- Green chilies chopped 1
- Garlic 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with garlic, salt, black pepper, vinegar, soya sauce, red pepper and oil for 30 minutes.
- Now cook in greased pan for 30 minutes.
- Then take out in serving platter and spread sauce.
- Then garnish with parsley and serve.
- For sauce: Mix all ingredients and blend it.
