Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish cubes 1/2 kg
  • Onion slices 1
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 125 gm
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Perry powder 1/2 tsp
  • Kabab chini powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Fried & crushed onion 2
  • Papaya paste 3 tbsp
  • Ghee as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put garlic paste, yogurt, white cumin, black cumin, perry powder, kabab chini powder, red chili paste, sesame seeds, vinegar, onion, papaya paste, ghee and salt in mixing bowl and mix.
  2. Now marinate fish with this mixture.
  3. Put fish with marination in pot, roast it, add water as required, tender fish and dry water.
  4. When fish tender and masala is cooked, remove it.
  5. Then heat sizzling platter, spread onion slices, put fish cubes and serve.
