Ingredients:
- Boneless fish cubes 1/2 kg
- Onion slices 1
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 125 gm
- White cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Perry powder 1/2 tsp
- Kabab chini powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chili paste 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1/2 cup
- Fried & crushed onion 2
- Papaya paste 3 tbsp
- Ghee as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put garlic paste, yogurt, white cumin, black cumin, perry powder, kabab chini powder, red chili paste, sesame seeds, vinegar, onion, papaya paste, ghee and salt in mixing bowl and mix.
- Now marinate fish with this mixture.
- Put fish with marination in pot, roast it, add water as required, tender fish and dry water.
- When fish tender and masala is cooked, remove it.
- Then heat sizzling platter, spread onion slices, put fish cubes and serve.
