Ghota Saag by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Spinach 250 gm
- Saag 250 gm
- Fresh fenugreek as required
- Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 3-4
- Red pepper crushed 1 tbsp
- Turmeric ground 1 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
- Cumin ground 1/2 tsp
- All spice ground 1/2 tsp
- Butter 4-5 tbsp
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put spinach, saag, fenugreek, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, green chilies, onion and water as required in pot and cook until water dries and saag tender.
- Then swot it and keep it aside.
- Now heat oil and butter in pan and fry 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- Then add red pepper, turmeric, black pepper, cumin, all spice and salt and roast it.
- Then add in saag, mix it and cook it.
- Then take out in dish and serve.
