Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour  1 cup
  • Gram flour 3 tbsp
  • Green onion 4-5 medium
  • Cumin as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies 1-2

Method:

  1. Cut green onion into small pieces, add salt, cumin and green chilies and mix it.
  2. Then make dough of gram flour and wheat flour, make small small pieces, fill with mixture and make tikkiyan of cup style.
  3. Then keep on tawa and toast with oil
