Palak Daal Gosht by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:
- Spinach 2 cups
- Beef 1 cup
- Chana daal 1 cup
- Onion 1 small
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, fry onion until soft, put cumin, coriander, red chili and turmeric and fry more for 1 minute.
- Then add crush ginger and garlic, put beef, chana daal and 2 cups water, cover it and cook until beef tender.
- Now add spinach and salt, mix it nicely, cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame and serve hot.
