Kheshki Ki Seviyan by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:
- Seviyan 1 packet
- Sugar 1 cup
- Ghee 3 tbsp
- Milk 2 cups
- Almonds as required
- Pistachios as required
Method:
- Heat ghee in pot, add seviyan, cook for few minutes on medium flame and stir it continuously.
- Then add sugar, stir in, remove from stove and add milk.
- Now keep mixture on stove again, boil on low flame, cover it and cook seviyan is soft.
- Then garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve.
