Ingredients:
- Chicken breast 2
- Water 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Potatoes (peeled & boiled) 2-3 cups
- Salt 3/4 tsp
- Black pepper 3/4 tsp
- Chinese salt 3/4 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Bread sticks as required
- Spring onion leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 2
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Egg beaten 2
- Fresh bread crumbs for coating
Method:
- Boil chicken with water and 1/2 tsp salt, take it out and shred it.
- Now put potatoes, 3/4 tsp salt, black pepper, Chinese salt, all spice, bread sticks, spring onion, green chilies, coriander leaves and egg and mix it nicely.
- Then make kabab in lengthwise, dip in beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs.
- Then skew kabab on bread sticks, give shape of lollipop and deep fry it.
