Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Water 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Potatoes (peeled & boiled) 2-3 cups
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 3/4 tsp
  • Chinese salt 3/4 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Bread sticks as required
  • Spring onion leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Egg beaten 2
  • Fresh bread crumbs for coating

Method:

  1. Boil chicken with water and 1/2 tsp salt, take it out and shred it.
  2. Now put potatoes, 3/4 tsp salt, black pepper, Chinese salt, all spice, bread sticks, spring onion, green chilies, coriander leaves and egg and mix it nicely.
  3. Then make kabab in lengthwise, dip in beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs.
  4. Then skew kabab on bread sticks, give shape of lollipop and deep fry it.
