Ingredients:
- Whole chicken 1 kg
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
- Whole coriander (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Red chilies crushed 2 tsp
- Green chilies paste 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Method:
- Mix papaya paste, whole coriander, cumin seeds, red chilies, green chilies paste, salt, garam masala, cream and lemon juice with yogurt and marinate chicken with it for 1 hour.
- Then heat oil, put masala chicken and cook for 20 minutes on low flame.
- Then roast chicken on high flame.
- When water dries, close stove, sprinkle coriander leaves and chaat masala and serve.
