Crispy Beef Pasta by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Beef undercut 1/2 kg
- Pasta boiled 1/2 packet
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
For White Sauce:
- Milk 2 cups
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Butter 100 gm
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
Method:
- Cut undercut in thin lengthwise, put black pepper, salt, garlic paste and 2 cup water.
- When meat tender and dry its water.
- For white sauce: Heat butter and roast flour.
- When aroma comes, put milk, black pepper, salt, oregano and cream and mix it.
- Now add boiled pasta and boiled meat, mix it and put in oven proof dish.
- Then add cheese and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
