Coconut & Sooji Ka Halwa by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Semolina 250 gm
- Raisins 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Coconut 1 cup
- Fresh milk 1 cup
- Small cardamoms 4
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Cloves 4
- Almonds chopped 15
- Ghee 2 tbsp
Method:
- Grind cardamom with1 tsp sugar.
- Now heat ghee in wok, put cardamom and cloves and roast it.
- Then add sugar and cook it.
- When sugar dissolves, put milk and raisins.
- Then grease dish and spread halwa.
- Fry almonds in frying pan.
- Then put coconut and almonds on halwa and serve hot.
