Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 4
  • Onions 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum cubes 8
  • Lemons 2
  • Whole red chilies 8
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Make boti of chicken fillet, crush it lightly and marinate with ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce and salt for 1 hour.
  2. Now heat oil in wok, put masala chicken, dry water and roast it slightly.
  3. Then put lemon juice, cumin and black pepper and simmer it.
  4. Then shallow fry capsicum, onion and red chilies in frying pan.
  5. Then put salt and sugar, stir fry it, put on chicken and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  6. Chicken jhatpat is ready.
