Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 4
- Onions 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Capsicum cubes 8
- Lemons 2
- Whole red chilies 8
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Make boti of chicken fillet, crush it lightly and marinate with ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce and salt for 1 hour.
- Now heat oil in wok, put masala chicken, dry water and roast it slightly.
- Then put lemon juice, cumin and black pepper and simmer it.
- Then shallow fry capsicum, onion and red chilies in frying pan.
- Then put salt and sugar, stir fry it, put on chicken and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Chicken jhatpat is ready.
