Ingredients:
- Chana daal 1-1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 inch
- Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
- Water 2-1/2 cup
- Bread 4 slices
- Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 1 cup
- All spice 1 tsp
- Dried mango powder 1/2 tsp
- Flour to coat
- Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Onion finely chopped 1
- Green chilies chopped 3
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Egg to coat
- Crumbs to coat
- Red pepper crushed 1-1/2 tsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tsp
To Assemble:
- Burger buns 4
- Cucumber 4 slices
- Tomatoes 4 slices
- Salad leaves few
- Tamarind chutney to serve
Method:
- Boil chana daal with salt, ginger, garlic and water until daal tender and water dries.
- Now add potatoes, bread slices, all spice, mango powder, mint leaves, onion, green chilies and salt.
- Then make kabab of mixture and dip in beaten eggs.
- Then roll bread crumbs and deep fry it.
