Aloo Palak by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Spinach (washed) 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Potatoes (4 quarters) 2 large
- Garlic crushed 1 tsp
- Red pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Whole red chilies 8
- Cumin 1/4 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil, put garlic and fry until brown.
- Now add spinach with salt, 1 tsp red pepper, 1/2 tsp cumin and red chilies.
- Now cook spinach for 7-8 minutes and take out mixture.
- Then put potatoes, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1 tsp red pepper and 3/4 water, cover it and cook until potatoes tender.
- Now add spinach mixture in potatoes and cook for few minutes.
- Then put red chili powder and serve.
